About the role

As a Transport Leader, you play a central role in ensuring smooth and well-planned transport operations. You work with order management, transport planning, and daily contact with customers, carriers, and internal colleagues. This role is ideal for you if you thrive with varied tasks and enjoy finding solutions in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Order management and transport planning
• Creating shipment plans and booking freight services
• Handling claims and return cases
• Ensuring that work processes and routines are followed and developed
• Supporting colleagues within the logistics department as needed

Your profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you are service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused. You collaborate well and enjoy a role with many contact points.

We would like you to have:

• At least one year of previous experience as a transport leader, transport planner, or similar role
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks
• Ability to communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• A flexible working style and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
